平衡超滤对围体外循环手术期炎性因子变化的影响

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:探讨平衡超滤对围体外循环(CPB)期炎性因子变化的影响。方法:将36例心脏瓣膜置换术者随机分成对照组和平衡超滤组(BUF组),记录临床指标,并分别于CPB开始、30分钟、结束和术后2小时采集动脉血标本,应用单克隆抗体酶联免疫法检测肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和白细胞介素8(IL-8)指标。结果:对照组各类炎症介质的浓度随转流时间的延长不断上升;BUF组各时段的炎症介质的浓度变化较少,CPB结束时各炎症介质的浓度显著低于对照组。结论:平衡超滤能够降低炎性因子的浓度,改善心功能。
