烧伤患者血清对骨髓间充质干细胞生物学特性的影响Effects of serum from normal and burned patients on biological behavior of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨烧伤患者血清对体外培养的骨髓间充质干细胞的生物学行为的影响。方法:培养BM-MSCs,传代后分别用含有体积分数为10%正常人血清、烧伤患者血清的低糖达氏修正依氏培养基培养,用噻唑蓝(MTT)法测定其生长曲线,碘化丙啶(PI)染色,流式细胞仪分析细胞周期、β-gal染色测定衰老的MSCs。结果:含正常血清培养基传代培养的细胞生长曲线较烧伤患者血清慢,烧伤患者血清处理的细胞中G0/G1期细胞比例明显低于正常血清组(P<0.01),β-gal染色阳性细胞数目显著低于正常血清组。结论:烧伤患者血清比正常血清能更好地促进BM-MSCs生长;烧伤血清内可能含有多种能影响BM-MSCs生长的物质。
