与人类智力、学习记忆有关的基因研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
研究发现不少与人类智力有关的基因,如多巴胺系统中的儿茶酚-O-转甲基酶基因、多巴胺D2受体基因,5-羟色胺系统中的色氨酸羟化酶1的A779C基因,类胆碱系统中的毒蕈碱型乙酰胆碱受体基因等,也在鼠的海马中发现众多与学习记忆有关的基因如糖皮质激素受体、盐皮质激素受体、神经细胞粘附因子、即刻早期基因c-fos、c-jun、早老蛋白-2、载脂蛋白apoE、反应结合蛋白CREB、N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体、bcl-2、室管膜素、生长相关蛋白、脑源性神经营养因子、神经生长因子等。但是现有的探索性研究较多,验证性研究较少,各种研究思路不同,将来的研究可在全基因芯片技术、控制基因表达的数量性状基因座分析等先进技术的基础上全面揭示与智力、学习记忆有关的基因及其作用机制。
