氟比洛芬脂复合芬太尼麻醉对食管癌术后不良反应的影响

摘要(Abstract):
目的:观察氟比洛芬脂对食管癌术后患者机体应激、疼痛和烦躁的影响。方法:食管癌患者50例,随机分为两组:Ⅰ组术中以七氟醚2.0%2.5%、维库溴铵0.07 mg/(kg.h)、芬太尼3μg/(kg.h)和异丙酚4 mg/(kg.h)静吸复合维持麻醉。Ⅱ组加用氟比洛芬脂0.5 mg/(kg.h)维持。观察指标:术毕后去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、皮质醇等神经内分激素血浆水平、镇痛效果(VSA评分)、生命体征及不良反应。结果:与Ⅰ组比较,Ⅱ组术毕去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素及血清皮质醇明显减少(P<0.05),VAS评分和烦躁发生率明显降低(P<0.05),生命体征及不良反应无明显差异。结论:氟比洛芬脂可以减轻食管癌患者术后机体应激、疼痛和烦躁发生率。
