近年来环状RNA(circRNA)由于其独特的结构和功能逐渐引起医学研究者的关注。转录组学技术快速发展使得circRNA研究进入新阶段。原发性肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)具有高度侵袭性,发病率和死亡率较高,当前对HCC的诊断和治疗手段仍存在诸多局限。本文系统综述circRNA基本生物学特征、转录组学技术在HCC中的研究、circRNA在HCC中的作用及其临床应用,探讨circRNA作为生物标志物和治疗靶点的应用前景,以期为HCC的早期诊断和精准治疗提供新的思路和方向。
