目的:探讨组织学前列腺炎与良性前列腺增生症的临床关系。方法:术前均行前列腺B超检查,测定前列腺三径大小计算出前列腺体积,同时检测血清前列腺特异抗原。结果:良性前列腺增生症168例中合并组织学前列腺炎96例(57.1%),其中Ⅰ度增生41例,合并组织学前列腺炎19例(46.3%),Ⅱ度增生72例,合并组织学前列腺炎39例(54.2%),Ⅲ度增生55例,合并组织学前列腺炎38例(69.1%)。结论:良性前列腺增生症患者常常合并组织学前列腺炎,腺体增生体积与组织学前列腺炎呈正相关,组织学前列腺炎是良性前列腺增生症进展的重要因素。
