目的 :探讨中药蟾酥灵对HL -60 /ADR耐药细胞在抑制生长、诱导凋亡方面的作用和影响。方法 :①MTT比色法观察对细胞的抑制 ;②流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率。结果 :①蟾酥灵抑制HL -60 /ADR耐药细胞的生长 ,药物浓度与HL -60 /ADR细胞生长抑制率之间呈指数关系 ;②随着药物浓度的增加 ,HL -60 /ADR细胞凋亡率也增加。结论 :蟾酥灵可抑制HL -60 /ADR细胞生长 ,促进细胞凋亡呈剂量依赖性
Abstract：Objective:To study the effect of bufalin on the growing the apoptosis of the HL-60/ADR cells.Methods:Analyse the growth inhibition of the cells by MTT assay;Detect the cell apoptosis by flow cytometry.Results:Treatment of HL-60/ADR cells with bufalin inhibited the cell growth in a dose-dependent manner; The percent of apoptotic HL-60/ADR cells increased after incubation with drugs.Conclusions:Bufalin can inhibit the HL-60/ADR cell growth and induce the apoptosis in a dose- dependent manner.
